WHEN SHOULD WE PLAN TO ARRIVE AND DEPART?

Guests can arrive any time after 3:00pm on Friday, August 1.
Check out is on Sunday, August 3 at 10:00am

DO WE NEED TO CONTACT THE VENUE TO BOOK ACCOMMODATIONS?

No; to ensure a smoother experience for everyone, we will be working with Ogontz to coordinate guest accommodations. Please visit our weekend accommodations page for more information on the process.

HOW DO WE PROVIDE PAYMENT FOR ACCOMMODATIONS?

Once you RSVP, we will be in touch with payment details for your cabin assignment.

WHAT SHOULD WE PLAN TO PACK?

One of the many reasons we chose Ogontz is because of the long list of activities: plan to be active and plan for a wide range of temperatures: it will be warm during the day and temperatures can drop at night, so plan to wear layers and comfortable shoes. Hiking boots if you plan to do some hiking, a swimsuit, bug spray, sunscreen, a flashlight, rain coat (just in case!). 

Bedding, including blankets and pillows, are provided for all guests. Queen beds are available in all cabins.

For Friday evening's festivities, the dress code is dressy casual. 

For Saturday, please plan for cocktail attire.
